“Five stars is not enough for this gem of a hotel. Before we arrived Benjamin was attentive and helpful. When we arrived we had a fantastic tour of the hotel and its Onsen Spa and pool. We met the pets and were able to explore to our hearts content. Our room(s) was beautifully decorated, well thought out, clean and spacious, with lovely views over the gardens. The children were made to feel incredibly welcome and enjoyed using the pool and spa. The onsen is particularly special, magical even.……

“Un domaine parfait pour se retrouver entre amis, une maison très agréable, très bien équipée, avec suffisamment d'espace, où l'on se sent comme chez soi. Un extérieur apaisant, qui offre de nombreuses activités nautiques, mais aussi de belles balades. Nos hôtes ont su répondre à nos questions et nous ont accueillis avec quelques douceurs de la région. Hâte d'y revenir !”

“Insgesamt ein gutes Hotel für eine Übernachtung. Was ich allerdings total lächerlich finde, ist, dass uns trotz Buchung mit Frühstück vor Ort noch knapp 5 Euro pro Kind fürs Frühstück abgeknöpft wurden. Sowas geht gar nicht und hinterlässt einen faden Beigeschmack!”

“The location is good. Brit hotels are normally next to the train station and it's what I need when traveling alone, but it's of course it's not the best service and isolated from the touristic scene, but not far also.”
